We will try to word the following in lay-man terms, and be as clear as we possibly can:

BOOKING DEPOSIT

We usually collect BND 50 early, Booking Deposit in order to confirm a Rental Booking.

Once a booking is confirmed, we'll secure and keep the Rented Gears for you and turn away (reject) other potential Renter. Therefore, this Booking Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE if you cancel.

The Booking Deposit is part of your total rental.

LATE RETURN FEE

673SHOP reserve the rights to charge up to THREE (3) times the average daily rate of a rental for each day of late return of the Rented Gears.

Please make sure to include sufficient buffer to ensure you can return our gears in a timely manner unplanned late return can clash with the schedule of our next consecutive rental.

CARE & OPERATION

The Rented Gears may only be used and operated in a careful and proper manner. Its use must comply with all laws, ordinances, and regulations relating to the possession, use, or maintenance of the rented gears.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

In addition to the total rental, the Renter shall pay a security deposit during pickup, usually BND 50 but can be more and is subject to 673SHOP Enterprise's discretion.

This deposit shall be returned to the Renter upon completion of a rental, subject to the option for 673SHOP Enterprise to apply it against any charges or damages incurred.

PICKUP & DROP-OFF 

The Renter shall pickup and drop off the Rented Gears from 673SHOP Enterprise showroom at No.2, Spg 134-8-23, Kpg Rimba, BE3119 Brunei.

MAINTENANCE, DAMAGE AND LOSS

The Renter agrees to keep and maintain the Rented Gears clean and in good working order during the rental term at his own expense. In the event any Rented Gear is lost or damaged beyond repair, the Renter shall pay 673SHOP Enterprise the replacement cost of the Rented Gear.

OWNERSHIP

The Rented Gear is and shall remain the exclusive property of 673SHOP Enterprise.

INDEMNIFICATION

Except for damages, claims or losses due to 673SHOP Enterprise's acts or negligence, the Renter, to the extent permitted by law, will indemnify and hold the Rented Gears free and harmless from any liability for losses, claims, injury to or death of any person, including the Renter, or for damage to property arising from the Renter using and possessing the Rented Gears or from the acts or omissions of any person or persons, including the Renter, using or possessing the Rented Gears with Renter's express or implied consent.
